If a refund is granted within the valid refund window, 77Vene may deduct:
Third-party expenses already paid
Custom work already completed
Payment processing fees where permitted
Administrative fees related to the order
Costs associated with domain registration, email setup, or similar one-time provisions
Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
7. Delivery Timelines
We may advertise timelines such as “Ready In 5 Days,” “completed in as little as 3–5 business days,” or similar language. These are estimated turnaround times, not guaranteed deadlines, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Project timelines may be affected by:
Client responsiveness
Missing content or images
Incomplete business details
Delayed approvals
Revision requests
Technical issues

Scope changes

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all materials you provide are lawful and that you have permission to use them.

77Vene is not liable for claims arising from materials you provide.
9. Revisions and Approvals
Unless otherwise stated, website services include only the revisions that are expressly described in the purchased package or communicated in writing.

Once you approve content, design direction, layout, structure, or launch, that approval is final for the approved portion unless we agree otherwise.

14. Newsletter and Directory Inclusion
If your package includes inclusion in a newsletter, directory, listing, feature section, showcase, or similar promotional placement, such inclusion is offered at our discretion and may be limited by editorial standards, space, timing, business fit, seasonal campaigns, or technical constraints.
We do not guarantee traffic, leads, conversions, reach, clicks, or sales from directory or newsletter inclusion.
