Not all features, bonuses, software setup, integrations, revisions, or support periods are included with every package.

4. ClickFunnels and Funnel Services

77Vene may create funnels using ClickFunnels or other third-party funnel-building platforms.

Funnels may include lead capture pages, application pages, appointment funnels, checkout funnels, sales pages, thank-you pages, landing pages, or other funnel steps.

You understand that ClickFunnels and any other third-party software are separate companies and are not owned or controlled by 77Vene.

You may be responsible for maintaining your own ClickFunnels account, subscription, domain, payment processor, integrations, email tools, or other connected services unless otherwise stated in writing.

77Vene is not responsible for changes made by ClickFunnels or any third-party platform, including pricing changes, feature changes, outages, account suspensions, policy updates, technical limitations, or platform restrictions.

5. Promotional Offers and Limited-Time Campaigns

77Vene may offer promotional pricing, free offers, discounted services, introductory pricing, limited-time bonuses, seasonal packages, trial offers, special campaigns, or other promotional terms.

Promotions may begin, end, pause, return, change, or be removed at any time.

If a refund is approved, 77Vene may deduct third-party costs, completed work, administrative costs, payment processing fees, and any other expenses already incurred.

8. Delivery Timelines

Any advertised timeline, including “ready in 3–5 business days,” “ready in 5 days,” “fast delivery,” or similar wording, is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Project timelines may be affected by:

Client response time
Missing content
Missing images
Incomplete business details
Delayed approvals
Revision requests
Software or platform issues
Domain delays
Email verification delays
Third-party outages
Seasonal demand
Holidays and weekends
Scope changes

The delivery timeline may not begin until we receive all required information, access, content, approvals, and payment if payment is required.

77Vene is not responsible for delays caused by the client or third-party providers.

9. Client Responsibilities

To complete your website, funnel, or digital service, you agree to provide accurate and timely information, including where applicable:

Business name
Contact information
Logo or branding details
Website or funnel goals
Service details
Product details
Images or media
Written copy or content
Domain information
Platform access
Login access
Payment processor information
Booking or calendar information
Timely feedback and approvals

You are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, logos, videos, product descriptions, claims, testimonials, or materials you provide are lawful and that you have the right to use them.

77Vene is not responsible for legal claims, copyright issues, trademark issues, misleading claims, or disputes arising from materials you provide.

10. Revisions and Approvals

Revisions are limited to what is included in the purchased package, promotional offer, or written agreement.

Additional revisions, redesigns, rewrites, new pages, additional funnel steps, new integrations, structural changes, or requests outside the original scope may require additional payment.

Once you approve a design, layout, copy, funnel structure, website structure, or launch, that approval is considered final for that portion of the project unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Failure to respond within a reasonable time may be treated as approval or may delay the project.

11. Technical Support

Some packages or promotions may include a support period.

Support may include minor troubleshooting, guidance, small edits, or assistance related to the originally delivered website or funnel.

Support does not typically include:

Full redesigns
New funnels
New websites
New pages
New funnel steps
Major copywriting
Ongoing maintenance
Ad management
SEO campaigns
Third-party software issues unrelated to our work
New integrations not included in the original scope

Unused support time does not roll over unless stated in writing.

12. Third-Party Platforms and Services

77Vene may use third-party platforms and tools to provide services. These may include, but are not limited to:

Website builders
Domain providers
Hosting providers

You may be responsible for ongoing renewals, subscriptions, platform charges, domain fees, email fees, hosting fees, ClickFunnels fees, or related third-party costs unless otherwise stated in writing.

77Vene is not responsible for expired domains, unpaid platform subscriptions, disconnected accounts, missed renewals, inaccessible email accounts, or business interruption caused by third-party account issues.

14. SEO, Marketing, and Results Disclaimer

Some services may include SEO-related setup, such as page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, search-friendly structure, keyword placement, or indexing guidance.

These services are intended to improve website readiness and search visibility, but 77Vene does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, bookings, conversions, revenue, or business growth.

Any statements about growth, leads, appointments, sales, visibility, conversion, or business improvement are aspirational and not guarantees.

Your results depend on many factors outside of our control, including your offer, pricing, market, industry, follow-up, advertising, sales process, competition, customer service, and content quality.

15. Newsletter, Directory, or Promotional Inclusion

Some offers may include inclusion in a newsletter, directory, showcase, featured section, social media post, or other promotional placement.

Such inclusion is provided at our discretion and may be subject to space, timing, editorial standards, business fit, campaign availability, or technical limitations.

We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, leads, bookings, sales, or revenue from any promotional inclusion.

Upon full payment, or completion of an approved free promotional project where applicable, you may use the final delivered website or funnel for your business, subject to any third-party platform, template, font, asset, or software licensing restrictions.

77Vene retains the right to reuse general ideas, methods, processes, frameworks, and know-how.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may display completed or partially completed work in our portfolio, marketing, social media, website, directory, newsletter, or case studies.

17. Client Content License

By submitting content to 77Vene, you grant us permission to use, edit, format, publish, display, and store that content as needed to provide services, complete your project, maintain records, and promote the project where permitted.

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all content you provide.

We may refuse to use content we believe is unlawful, misleading, infringing, inappropriate, harmful, discriminatory, abusive, sexually explicit, defamatory, or otherwise unsuitable.

18. Prohibited Uses

If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, refund eligibility depends on the applicable refund policy and these Terms.
